Ужасно сладкий и противный вкус подсластителя, с трудом пью его разбавляя молоком, ещё кусочки шоколада которые не растворяются и тоже противно сладкие. Брала этой же марки протеин со вкусом шоколадного печенья - другое дело, отличный вкус

Пью его с молоком 1 черпак на 250 мл молока плюс 1 сырое яицо куриное в блендере. Вкус напоминает шоколадный кекс, по консистенции достаточно приятный не жидкий почти как кефир чуть пожиже. :) Прибавочка в массе есть.
